The Heygears UltraCraft Cure is a professional-grade desktop curing station specifically engineered as the final stage of the UltraCraft Reflex production platform. It utilises a sophisticated dual-wavelength UV system combined with high-temperature thermal processing to ensure every print achieves its full mechanical potential. By integrating both light and heat, the UltraCraft Cure delivers a level of polymerisation that standard UV boxes cannot match.
Unlike entry-level curing units that rely on a single UV frequency, the UltraCraft Cure features a high-intensity LED array delivering both 385nm and 405nm wavelengths. This dual-spectrum approach is critical for the Heygears Reflex ecosystem; the 385nm light provides deep, thorough penetration for structural integrity, while the 405nm wavelength ensures a non-tacky, high-fidelity surface finish. This ensures that complex internal geometries and fine surface details are cured with equal precision.
