The extruder head assembly was exactly what I needed. The website was easy and accessible. Payment was a breeze. Unfortunately the delivery service 3D Printer Superstore uses for the USA is unacceptable. This printer is great had it for a few weeks now, no problems to use I have had no failures yet. Only problem I have had in the main power plug connection is rubbish,but with a bit wobble and it works, just bad design. Printer is the best.
