The matte colour looks really good. Prints are very professional.
Purchasing experience was great, can't comment on the filament as I have not yet used it.
I'm happy with the printer but when I messaged as I forgot to grab an invoice, I was ghosted.
This stuff is my go to filament. Works great for normal stuff.

From memory, I think my built plate showed in stock, but the delivery took many inquiries and weeks to arrive. Only after a few emails was I notified of the extended delays of the Makerbot consumable parts. Overall the service was fine and I was happy receiving the plate stickers in good condition and will make use of your services again. Thanks
This Box still needs more work. Does not marry the printer well there is a different between the feeds on both. Works okay. The Bowan tubes are too soft and fall out, had to replace them . See what happens . Great for printing one color at a time.
This printer is great had it for a few weeks now, no problems to use I have had no failures yet. Only problem I have had in the main power plug connection is rubbish,but with a bit wobble and it works, just bad design. Printer is the best.

The Q2 optional smooth plate gives great results with the excellent first layer operation of the Qidi Q2 but be careful using ABS. I damaged one side of my new plate with the very first ABS print I attempted. All the stories I heard about ABS not sticking do not apply - I found I have to use a release agent to avoid damaging the plate surface when removing a print.
Very pleasent and helpful. Answered all my questions about my purchase of the bambu H2D.
