AI Powered EinScan Rigil Series v1.3.2 upgrade is here!

Jerry Watts

The v1.3.2 firmware upgrade significantly accelerates the 3D scanning workflow by introducing Super-Hybrid Alignment, AI Tracking Navigation, and Real-Time Global Optimisation. These core enhancements reduce marker dependency, leverage machine learning for featureless surface capture, and eliminate manual data rollbacks during alignment drift. Key Technical Advancements: Super-Hybrid Alignment: Laser Mode now processes both markers and geometric features simultaneously. Operators can restrict physical target application strictly to flat, featureless zones. This hybrid approach slashes preparation time, prevents symmetrical mismatching on complex repetitive structures like front grilles, and anchors multi-project alignments with minimal target overlap. AI Tracking Navigator: The system's new algorithmic engine identifies and locks onto faint surface variations. Capturing historically difficult, low-contrast topographies—such as smooth automotive interiors or shallow panel gaps—now maintains rigid tracking stability without requiring supplementary targets. Real-Time Global Optimisation: Spatial data is continuously refined during the scanning pass. If localised misalignment occurs, sweeping back over the affected region forces an instant algorithmic correction. No manual software rollbacks are necessary.
