This Nozzle Kit includes 2x0.4mm 1x0.6mm 1x0.8mm bi-metal high flow nozzles designed for high speed 3d printing which are compatible with the following Creality 3D Printers-
K1 2023 modelK1 Max Ender-3 V3 KE CR-10 SE CR-M4
NOTcompatible with K1Cor 2024 model K1 Max.These use the "unicorn" nozzles found -here-
Each nozzle is constructed using a Bimetallic design utilising a copper alloy with a nickel plated hardened steel core. The high thermal conductive properties of copper an efficient even heating of filament enabling a high flow capacity enabling print speeds of 600mm/s. The hardened steel has a Mohs hardness of 7.8. This ensures a long service life, resisting wear from abrasive composite filament such as glass filled and carbon fiber, wood, boron carbide, tungsten and phosphorescent pigments.
Compatible filaments include-
PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, PP, PC, PA, Glow in the dark, PLA-CF, PETG-CF, ABS-GF, ASA-CF, PA-CF
Note: For optimal results it is recommended to us a 0.6mm-0.8mm nozzle for composite filaments such as carbon and glass fibers.
