The product is good, but I paid for express delivery, which did not happen. The express delivery fee was refunded.

Good, a bit hard to get going.
App would not start - I think it was a combination of the virus checker. On a high end laptop I had to ensure my graphics card was the primary card and not on board graphics.

Delivery was exceptionally fast, very pleased.

The scanner itself is fantastic and suits its purpose perfectly scanning auto parts and large feature rich objects.
