While initially I was happy, My order was shipped quickly which enabled me to get my printer fixed and up and running again. My order was not picked correctly and 1 of 2 thermistors was missing. Initially I was not concerned and sent a polite email pointing out the error. I waited a day or two and after no reply, attempted to make contact again this time through the websites contact form. Again I waited a couple days and after no reply lodged a complaint through PayPal. Only then did the 3DprinterSuperStore reply, claiming that they had received no communication from me and that I should ring them. My reply was that at this point I would rather continue to communicate in writing. Again there has been no reply. At the end of the day it is only an $8 thermistor but I will not do any further business with 3DprinterSuperStore which is their loss, and I will tell others of my experience across the many 3Dprinting Facebook groups and Forums which will likely tarnish 3DprinterSuperStore reputation and cost them a lot more than $8 to complete my order in full. It is unfortunate that a local supplier would handle an issue in this manner and treat potential return customers in such away. While I would prefer to spend my money locally it is just as easy to save some money and by direct from china.

We are Australian Distributors of the infamous E3D V6 high performance full metal Hot Ends.

A custom made thermistor encapsulated into an easy to use cartridge package.

Using our proven Semitec 104GT thermistors, which are then potted into a  cylindrical copper cartridge with a high conductivity ceramic based adhesive. The legs are insulated with fibreglass sleeving, and terminated with a Molex Microfit 3.0 connector.

 

This is a heat break for a 1.75mm E3D Hot End

There are three variations of the E3D V-6 Kit. If you wish to print with 1.75mm filament you can use the 1.75mm Kit is universally usable in both a 1.75mm direct drive extruder or a Bowden style extruder set-up.If you have a 3mm Filament 3D Printer, choose between the Direct Drive version or the Bowden style HotEnd as illustrated above.
