I needed a 3d printer to produce a part for my car which i could not buy and the loverly people at the 3D Printer Superstore were great to deal with, they set me up with a printer and some carbon fibre impregnated nylon to print with, (my car is back on the road, with the printed part) and i am very happy with the outcome.

Excellent Service
It's all about customer service and the staff here provide excellent customer service. All my questions were answered and I came home with a bunch of handy tips and hints. Love the printer I bought here, the CreateBot DM. The guys gave me clear instructions on how to set it up, and I was up and running within an hour of opening the box. Looking forward to doing more business with these guys.

Great knowledge, great service
Absolutely new to 3D printing and did not know why different consumables. So off I trotted to the store and was given an understanding about what the differences are. I also took the advice and bought a couple of additions items which has stopped misprints. Highly recommend buying all your gear from here.

Flashforge Creator Pro 2016
I have to start first by saying what a great customer service from Mark. I visited the store while I was in Melbourne and Mark was happy to answer all of my questions (first time buyer) as well as suggested what printer I should get and not even at 1 moment tried to up sell, which in my books is fantastic and it shows that he cares and he is not there just to make money. He even waited for me after the shop was closed to come back and purchase the printer later that day.
As for printer itself, I could not be more happier, coming from China (from previous experience with Laser engravers) I expected issue and no instructions.... boy was I surprised, instructions were so detailed that it even had how to unbox the printer step by step as well as spare parts included. GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT PRINTER!!!

MakerBot Replicator +
We recently upgraded our MakerBot Replicator 2 purchased in 2013 for the new MakerBot Replicator + after 4 years of ongoing issues and very average inconsistent 3D prints.
The new MakerBot Replicator + has provided to be a complete reversal in the speed, consistency and quality of 3D prints produced. MakerBot have definitely focused on developing a desktop product that has always shown great potential.

Flashforge Creator Pro = Architects Dream...
We love the Creator Pro - at the press of a button (and after a little bit of exporting and prepping...) it creates perfect 3D models that print away in the background, freeing up our staff to work other tasks, significantly smashing the time it would take to make by hand.
