I love it, the 5M pro, super easy to setup and use with default settings which allows you heaps of time to learn and adjust the device settings to maximise its output quality with out the frustraion of failed prints.
Mark was very helpful with advice on which printer to get and how to get started. Highly recommend.

Recently received the machine after a horrendous experience with the communication. Had no tracking number sent to me at all. Firstly, it was sent somewhere where they made it felt that it was my fault and had to wait. Tried to communicate with them, useless explanations with no real response but default messages. I would never recommend this company to anyone ... please avoid and try others..
love this diode laser, so much more compact and does everything my old co2 jobby did without those bloody lenses&mirrors.
