The QIDI Tech Q1 Pro is a part of the next generation high performance Klipper firmware based 3D printers that out perform it's competitors.
Boasting excellent print quality, a 245x245x240mm print volume and blistering speeds of up to 600mm/s with 20,000 mm/s² acceleration.
Built on a rigid full metal core XY frame, this 3D printer includes the latest in smart technology such as auto calibration, filament runout and tangle detection, closed loop stepper motors, 120° C ceramic bed heating, hardened steal gears, and 1080p print monitoring.
It also includes an fully enclosed 60° C active heated chamber to control warping and significantly increase part strength. The bi-metal 350° C extruderallows it to print in serious engineering materials and carbon fiberand glass reinforced composites such as PAHT-CF, PET-CF, PA12-CF, ABS-GF25, PC/ABS-FR etc.
Ideal for 3D printing functional parts and prototypes. The fully enclosed active heated build chamber can heat to 60°C. The print bed can reach 120°C.
Elevated chamber temperatures increases print increases the fluidity of materials which increases print speeds. It reduces defects such as bubbles, holes and non-adhesion between layers.
The heated chamber gives more time for each layer to relax from their printed state, releasing stressesand effectively annealing the part. This makes printing high temperature and advanced materials much easier. Improving dimensional accuracy and print quality.
The annealing processsignificantly increasing the part strengthof engineering materials by up to 50-75% compared to parts printed at ambient temperatures.
With a extruder reaching 350°C the Q1 Pro can 3D print in most filaments including high temperature engineering materials such as Polycarbonate, Polypropylene, ABS, Nylon, ASA, PETG, Amphora and more.
The custom Bi-Metal Nozzle provides the best of both worlds- good thermal conductivity for high flow rate extrusionplus high wear resistance for printing in abrasive materials such as engineering grade Glass Reinforcedand Carbon Fibercomposite materials.
For added reliability, the Q1 Pro will alert you if the filament breaks, if it runs out of filament or if the printer detects if there is a filament tangle detection. The printer shall pause and allow you to rectify the issue and continue printing.
