The bracket that comes with the model may not fit the attachments on the X-axis, and you may need to print a piece to fit it.
I filled out the delivery instruction box for someone to call if I would need any extra brackets, it is my first printer so I didn't know exactly what to expect and they didn't call me. The thing is this would have been helpful to ensure I had the part made prior to the hot end arriving, my first printer and the other hot end sent to me was faulty. I ended up using a light piece of wood. Actually, while I'm at it, your phone doesn't work at all.

Review by David G. on 22 Jul 2016review stating Great knowledge, great service
Absolutely new to 3D printing and did not know why different consumables. So off I trotted to the store and was given an understanding about what the differences are. I also took the advice and bought a couple of additions items which has stopped misprints. Highly recommend buying all your gear from here.

I went into the store looking to buy the Davinci 1.0 but on the recommendation of Mark purchased the Up! Mini. I was a little dubious of the claim that I would be printing within 15 minutes of unpacking the printer but after downloading the software for Mac OS X I had my first print (that took 26 mins) within 45 mins. Id also like to add t...Read MoreRead more about I went into the store looking to buy
