Bambu PET-CF is a composite filament made from a blend of tough PET and carbon fiber. This combination enhances the material's hardness, mechanical strength, and heat resistance while retaining the low warping and shrinkage characteristics of standard PET. Its low moisture absorption and high dimensional stability make it ideal for load-bearing parts used in high-temperature or humid environments.

Key Properties

💧 Low Moisture Absorption

Bambu PET-CF performs exceptionally well in high-humidity conditions. Even when saturated with water, it experiences minimal loss in strength and stiffness, unlike materials such as PA-CF which can soften and deform more significantly under load when wet.

📏 High Dimensional Stability


Thanks to its excellent resistance to creep and warping, prints made with PET-CF exhibit high dimensional accuracy. This ensures that parts maintain their precise shape and size, making the material a reliable choice for components that require excellent matching and assembly.

🔥 Exceptional Thermal Resistance


The filament demonstrates outstanding performance at high temperatures. In tests where it was heated to 150∘C for 30 minutes, Bambu PET-CF maintained its structural integrity, showcasing its ability to function in thermally demanding applications where other materials like PLA would fail.
