Taulman's Bridge is a high strength Nylon co-polymer bridges the strength of Nylon 645 and the ease of printing of ABS/PLA. Bridge Nylon filament are stronger and more resilient than parts printed in more common materials.
These 1.75mm filaments are specifically designed for FDM printers such as the Leapfrog Creatr and Xeed, FELIXprinters Felix 2.0, PP3DP Up Printer Plusand the Up Mini, Makerbot Mk7or later, Flashforge, RepRapPro Prusa and Huxley, Solidoodleand LulzBot.
Nylon Bridge Recomended Settings-
Print temp = 250C - 265C
Nozzle = any size
Print speed = 80% of ABS speeds
Retraction = 1mm/.1mm nozzle or for a .5mm nozzle = 5mm
Print bed = Hot = Glass heated to 45C with coat of PVA
Transparent opaque white in colour
Can be died with cloths die
For ALL Nylon based materials, users should turn "OFF" any fans that blow on the printed part
unless it's a very small part of less than 10mm sqr
