Unresponsive Team After Purchase – Very Disappointed

We purchased a 3D scanner from this team, but their communication and after-sales support have been extremely disappointing. After the purchase, our team reached out multiple times via email and phone regarding several technical and operational requests — yet they failed to respond in a timely or professional manner.

Not only I, but several of my colleagues also tried contacting them, and we all experienced the same lack of response. It’s very frustrating to deal with a company that provides such poor customer service after making a significant purchase. We expected better professionalism and support.
