Compatible with hIgh temperature Flashforge 3d printers (0.6mm hardened nozzle recommended)-
This is an engineering composite material suitable for high strength, high abrasion and heat resistant applications. The toughness of nylon PA12 is combined with 20% chopped nylon to add stiffness. It is ideally suited to applications that require higher strength and rigidity. The material demonstrates high strength, high abrasion resistance and high-temperature resistance (durable performance in up to 150 degrees Celsius). The carbon fiber reinforcement not only increases the toughness of the material but also limits shrinkage.
The printed finish is matt in appearance.
This material requires a printer capable of high print temperatures of 300 degrees Celsius.
Nylon is a material that can easily absorb moisture from the atmosphere. It is recommend to dry this material out prior to printing for optimal results. If excessive stringing and or bubbling occurs during printing, this will be a sure indicator that the filament is contaminated with moisture.
This material is abrasive and with wear our a )standard nozzle. It is recommended to use a tougher material nozzle such as hardened steel or stainless steel or a ruby nozzle with a larger then standard nozzle size of 0.5 to 0.6mm.
For the Flashforge Creator 3 or Guider IIs ithe 0.6mm hardened nozzle is recommended for optimal results.
An application of PVA glue is recommended to assist adhesion to print surfaces.
Printing with a brim is recommended to ensure good bed surface adhesion for this material.

The best printer (third) have ever had. Seamless prints with very user friendly soft ware. Would thoroughly recommend for anyone starting out in 3D printing. 👌
i love this filament
I used to own printers that either I have assembled myslef (Prusa Mendel) or localy made (Mendel 90) . This is my first enclosed printer and already after playing one day it look to be the one, well for time being :-) QIDI Plus 4 suits me well as it combined open software and well made printer suitable for large range of filaments. Adding later QIDI Box (AMS unit) will make chanfing filaments easy.
The support I received for my out of warranty UP BOX printer helped me make the cost efficient purchase that solved my heat issue. They pre-bent the cable to fit my printer specification which is helpful since if i did it wrong it could fail to work properly. All up great experience working with 3dprintersuperstore and FFC Extruder cable working as expected.
Great customer service, prompt dispatch & answered any enquiry I had along the way. Happy to use them again in the future.
