At its core, the H2S features a new DynaSense Servo Motor Extruder that delivers a 67% increase in extrusion force over the X1C. This ensures flawless, consistent filament flow even at top speeds. For applications demanding the highest accuracy, the optional Vision Encoder upgrade provides real-time feedback to the motion system, delivering industrial-grade precision for flawless surfaces and perfect dimensional integrity.
H2S leverages its servo motor's sensing capability on the extruder and high-resolution eddy current sensors on the nozzle to precisely control extrusion, measuring nozzle pressure and calibrating PA parameters for each filament to enhance surface smoothness and edge sharpness.
Active Vibration Compensation minimises micro-vibrations and resonance instantly, ensuring top-notch print quality at increased speeds.
Print with unparalleled confidence thanks to a comprehensive suite of 23 onboard sensors.
