Bambu ASA Aero is a durable, self-foaming material that combines the toughness and weather resistance of ASA with the lightweight properties of foaming filaments. By controlling the printing temperature, users can adjust the model's density, making it ideal for weight-sensitive outdoor projects like RC planes and drones that require excellent durability against impacts and harsh environmental conditions.

🪶 Ultra-lightweight with Controllable Density

ASA Aero produces prints with a density of only 50% to 75% that of regular ASA. The density is controllable through slicer settings; increasing the printing temperature or lowering the flow rate will decrease the final density of the part. For example, printing at 280∘C can achieve a maximum volumetric expansion of 216% and a minimum density of approximately 0.45g/cm³.

With superior resistance to high temperatures, water, and UV radiation, ASA Aero is built for long-lasting outdoor use. It significantly outperforms PLA Aero in environmental durability, boasting a Heat Deflection Temperature of 85∘C compared to PLA Aero's 53∘C.

✨ Matte Finish for Easy Coloring

The filament produces a matte surface texture that is easier to color or dye than regular ASA, providing better results for customized and decorative finishes.
