The Emblaser 2 is the second generation desktop laser cutter and engraver by Darkly Labs made right here in Australia. Designed to be easy and safe enough to use in schools and homes, while being powerful and versatile enough for any creator!
Using a Class 1 Laser (the safest classification), the EmbLaser 2 bypasses the long learning curves commonly associated with laser cutters and engravers, allowing anyone to realise their projects with ease. Using a customized laser focus and movement system, the EmbLaser 2 can reposition the laser in Z space, allowing for a greater range of cuttable materials, more accurate deep cuts, and incredible 3D laser engravings.
Connect via Wifi or direct USB to work the way you want to, and know that your cutting is safe with the on-board 'Material Ignition Alert' system which will shut down the machine and sound a warning if a potential ignition has been detected.
Fine tune alignment of materials and skip the hassle of manual alignment using the inbuilt camera. Equipped with an in-built extractor, fumes produced during operation will be vented outdoors. The system will work to clean the out the fume, making it safe for the user and prolongs the life of the machine.
