I drove down to their business address the week before Christmas to pick up a gift. Mark and Karin were both really friendly and helpful; I was able to walk away with the printer I came for and a good selection of filaments for the gift-receiver to use and lots of advice regarding their use and what our next choices might be. Would recommend them to anybody!
