The e3D Legends pack includes both the Chimera and Cyclops multi-extrusion systems in one package. This enables you to be able to swap and change between the two options print head configurations on the one printer.

These 3D printer Hot Ends are well regarded as one of the best full metal Hot Ends. They are suitable for printing the widest range of print materials with excellent print results, allowing for soft flexible materials and higher temperature filaments such as polycarbonate and Nylons.
These well crafted HotEnds have renowned for their print quality, minimal blockading, fast response and efficient thermal properties, eliminating HotEnd meltdown failures associated with PEKK/PTFE designs. This HotEnd with the supplied thermistor can reach 300 degrees C (can reach 400 degree C with however may require additional electronics) and will heat from 20C to 200C in 65 seconds and the temperature control responsiveness will keep the HotEnd within 0.5 degrees C.
Dual Extrusion
Dual Extrusion brings the abilities of your printer to a whole new level; providing a way to print items in multiple colours, multiple materials and soluble support structures giving you unprecedented freedom in what you can print. Multi-material prints allow you to combine distinctly different material properties in a single print. Support materials allow you to ignore problems of overhangs or picking off tedious-same material supports by using soluble support materials, or materials that break away cleanly from your prints. The Chimera 2 in 2 out
The Chimera is a neat and simple and light weight way in which to add conventional dual extrusion to your machine in a simple, air cooled package. Nozzles can be individually adjusted in height for an easy setup experience. Each nozzle is individually temperature controllable for ultimate material versatility. Chimera inherits the best from it’s cousins, e3D v6 and e3 Kraken, combining them into a single, reliable, yet highly capable hotend with a tiny 30x28mm footprint and easy mounting.
The Cyclops 2 in 1 out
The Cyclops introduces a new way of printing multiple materials not yet seen before in commercially available hotends. By taking 2 input materials and printing them alternately from a single nozzle Cyclops is able to eliminate ooze problems that are inherent in most conventional dual extrusion systems. A great advantage of using the e3D Cyclops HotEnd this the fact that there is only one nozzle, eliminating any alignment issues associated with dual extrusion. This new approach has been working excellently, but it is released as an experimental product.
